Could support Quoted Printable(QP) subject?

Hello,
My friend has received mail.
But it's show mail source code and not html format.
I found some message.
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
I think it must use Quoted Printable subject.
How to do setup let mailscanner to support it?
My mailscanner is 4.84.3
