mailscanner crashes when trying to write to quarantine

MailScanner crashes when trying to save an email to quarantine.

I'm using the -U flag for the taint errors in /usr/bin/MailScanner

but still it crashes out

It seems to crash when trying to write the file to quarantine.

This is really annoying since yesterday the exact same setup worked
flawless.

I am using mailscanner 4.84.3
