MailScanner and ZendTo Integration

While performing MS Exchange integration testing we have uncovered a couple of issues due to how Outlook constructs the HTML elements of an email. I'am working a solution, which resolves around splitting the template into CSS and content elements, and once tested will send Jules new patches.
