Chinese characters in file names

After a lot of head scratching it would appear I have it working quite nicely now:
uxbod at cyborg ~/Downloads/zip $ ls -l
total 88
-rw-r--r-- 1 uxbod uxbod 25 2011-11-18 14:55 360新聞監測-12-01-Chi Trad.txt
-rw-r--r-- 1 uxbod uxbod 25 2011-11-18 14:55 360新闻监测-12-01-Chi Simp.txt
-rw-r--r-- 1 uxbod uxbod 10263 2011-11-18 15:01 MessageAttachments.zip
