Spamassassin /root/.spamassassin is inaccessible: Permission denied

Hey Guys,

 

Anybody knows how to deal with this with  MailScanner?

My research tells me that I need to remove the per-user config of
SpamAssassin which I did by adding  "-x" option in the
/etc/sysconfig/spamassassin.

But still no changes.
