Maximum Message Size / attachment size not working. BUG?

Hi Jules,

There appears to be a bug in that this feature doesn't work. Can this be looked into and added to a future release of mailscanner?
I can't see any errors in debug mode and I can see by searching on google that other people are reporting this problem.
