Mailscanner corrupting docx and xlsx fiiles

There's been a few fixes for these files in  the almost 2.5 years since 4.74
was released.

I'd start by upgrading to the latest Version
4.83.5-1<http://www.mailscanner.info/files/4/rpm/MailScanner-4.83.5-1.rpm.tar.gz>and
see how that improves things.
