Blacklist HELP

Jules this would be a my very nice request :)  I'm not sure if it's by
domain or IP.

The domain's (if listed) are nobletech.net, kampier.com, spherai.com,
rockthenite.com and the polishwedding.com.

The shared IP is 69.175.61.114.
