DATA command query

XSAVETOSENT is some special verb that mailenable sends to allow the syncing of the sent items in outlook to the web interface (via the MAPI client)
If we don't use MAPI then mail enable won't use the XSAVETOSENT verb, but we do need to use MAPI.
I really need postfix to accept the XSAVETOSENT in the data command so that MailEnable can sync correctly.
