New Mailwatch

If Baruwa fits your bill: great.
There's room for two or more GUI packages :-)
Mailwatch is not based on Perl.
I would be interested to know what's missing in Mailwatch that you have in 
Baruwa. I've never come to actually install Baruwa, because so far I 
didn't hit the threshold where I desperately needed missing functionality 
in Mailwatch (either that, or couldn't add it myself).
