MailScanner 4.84 - attempted to kill MailScanner

I Wonder, can any could tell me, if the problem is MailScanner 4.84 ,  
Perl or Clamav?

This problem comes, when i decide migrate the MX server, previosly i  
use CentOS 5.6 with MailScanner 4.78.17 and older verion of clamav.

Maybe if the Problem reside in MailScanner i can use previously  
version, until fix the problem, because i have a lot users call me.
