MailScanner Crash

Hi Phil / forum,

 

Thanks for your reply.  I found another work-around for my problem, MailScanner is unable to create folder in /var/spool/MailScanner/quarantine/DAILY_DATE_WISE_FOLDER, today I created 20110803 folder manually and allowed ownership and mode to 770, and MailScanner started working properly. 

 

What might be the reason for the this issue, and how can it be permanently resolved.
