Exim 4.72 and MailScanner

[Martin Hepworth]

makes no difference, first of all get the exim config running as a relay for
email (maybe add in valid recipient address checks), then do the changes so
MailScanner sits in the middle of the two Exim instances to take mail from
the 1st instance, process it and hand it off to the second instance.
