Valid use of Emailvision?

I do see a fair bit of legit direct opt-in bulk mail from them.

Unfortunately I also see plenty of dubious stuff, though I suspect that 
at least some is semi-legit due to users failing to uncheck "accept 
e-mail from our partners"-type boxes on sign-up forms. On the plus side, 
they seem to take proper note of unsubscribe requests.
