ScamNailer: How would we have entries removed / Minor suggestion

Basically you email me and ask nicely. I then look to see where the
blacklisting originated and point you in the right direction of the
correct people to talk to, in case I can't do it myself.
Whitelisting abuse at domain sounds like a good idea, I'll look into doing
that if it's possible without having to change the code too much.
