Hi Jules,

the SA cache file is the one you specify in MailScanner.conf using:

Cache SpamAssassin Results = yes
SpamAssassin Cache Database File = /var/spool/MailScanner/incoming/SpamAssassin.cache.db

Even when I had updated my SA rulesets I saw that messages were being tagged with URIBL_DL=1.38 so I shutdown MailScanner, removed the above file, and started MailScanner.  No more FPs :)
