Right mixture for notifications

Hello all,

i need to create an config for the following tasks:

	- Deliver Spam, only tag header.
	- Not deliver Virus, inform (notify) to receiver if send from internet or inform sender if send from inside to the internet.
	- Not deliver bad-content, inform receiver if send from internet or inform sender if send from inside to the internet.
	- Not deliver encrypt archives from the internet, inform receiver.
	- Deliver encrypt archives send to the internet.

After hours of testing i didn't find the right mixture between "Silent Viruses", "Still Deliver Silent Viruses" and "Non-Forging Viruses" in Mailscanner.conf
