custom spamassassin rules

Hi,

 

Lately I was getting a lot of spam from "DirectBuy" (it is within
subject), and I need to stop it. Spamassassin custom rules seem like
great option to complete this. I read mailscanner wiki but still kind of
confused:

in which file should I put them?

 

/etc/spamassassin/local.cf 

/etc/spamassassin/65_debian.cf

/etc/MailScanner/spam.assassin.prefs.conf
