Is per email ID wise filtration from Mail Scanner possible?

What will happed if other email IDs of xyz.com coming to MailScanner?
Suppose mails are coming to hi at xyz.com but we do not have entry in
MailScanner.conf like above. So will it deliver it to mail.xyz.com or store
it in quarantine ?
