Is per email ID wise filtration from Mail Scanner possible?

Set up a rule set for "Scan Messages ="

The content of that rule set should be:

To:	scanme1 at xyz.com	yes
To:	scanme2 at xyz.com	yes
ToOrFrom:		default	no
