Release Spam Messages

My configuration was in my original post, also the instructions I followed.

Yes.

"Is it executable?"
No. I will try this.

"Did you rename it to the proper postfix queue name format?"
Yes. But unlike your example, I did not place the file in a folder named the message's first character.
Quarantine Whole Message = yes
Quarantine Whole Messages As Queue Files = yes

"Put you move it to the right queue folder for your installation?"
If this is the folder, then yes.
Outgoing Queue Dir = /var/spool/postfix/incoming
