How do I clear the cache? Yes restarted MailScanner after every change.

have you cleared MailScanner's Spamasassin "cache" ?
(that guy can be a pita)

have you restarted MailScanner?

get hold of a msg and pipe it manually thru SA:

cat msg |spamassassin

what does that report look like? is the rule still active?
