It is correct that the file at http://www.mailscanner.eu/scamnailer.ndb
has not been updated since 2009 Dec 15 12:28 UTC, however it should have
been. If you get the list from http://www.mailscanner.tv/emails.*, it
has been updated regularly (and more than the name changes).

It would probably be preferable to make the sigs yourself using the
ClamNailer script from <http://www.scamnailer.info/downloads.html#contrib>
