MailScanner Upgrade issues

Check the permissions are correct on /tmp and /var/tmp. "ls -ld /tmp 
/var/tmp" should produce output like this:
drwxrwxrwt  5 root root  300 Feb 11 08:32 /tmp
drwxrwxrwt  3 root root 4096 Feb 11 04:02 /var/tmp
