Process did not exit cleanly.

I was getting the same errors in my log as well.  For me it had to do
with the mailscanner crashing.  See my discussion on this topic
"Mailscanner crashing" for the fix I found...

Bugger! Hit enter too soon, it has become such a problem here, that I am
forced to use in parallel, amavisd-new as well to ensure spam
protection, it does not have any problem.
