Could you please provide the output of the following commands:
grep "Incoming Work" /etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf
ls -la /var/spool/MailScanner
ls -la /var/spool/MailScanner/incoming
ls -ld /tmp

as always with any Postfix installation, permissions is everything.
IIRC, clam will not allow supplemental groups, so adding clam to PF
and/or the other way around isn't that bright an idea:).
Set incoming to be owned by postfix.clamav instead, and make the MS
perms reflect that, then restart MS and see what happens (well, you
need adjust the files already there with chown, of course, before
starting up MS again:-).
