problem with some mail

hi,

i have a system with postfix + mailscanner

i found that some mail in the log ends with:

mail postfix/qmgr[31256]: 4F4591D6431: from=<just an example at mail.com>, 
size=227819, nrcpt=1 (queue active)


this mail is NOT delivered and seems disappeared. i cant "locate" the 
message in no queue or other directory. and in mailwatch looks like are 
normal delivered mail.

any suggestion?
