spamtrap address

I cant seem to find any documentation on creating a email address to act as a sa-learn spamtrap

i.e. user forwards spam message not marked as spam to spamtrap at somedomainatmyrelay.com<mailto:spamtrap at somedomainatmyrelay.com>, sa-learn gets that orginal mesaage for bayes training as spam


can someone point me in the right direction?
