PossibleFraud Question

Hi, i'm having some false positives with "possible fraud" in emails from
yahoo.com i've been searching in MailScanner.conf and i found this:

Highlight Phishing Fraud = yes

But this applies to "possible fraud" and "definite fraud", is there a way to
highlight "definite fraud" only?
