Ok, well I guess I was supposed to do the Ctrl-Z thing before it started
looking to see if they were there and then telling me they were there, which
wasn't really very clear in that thread, in any event I decided to remove
the rpms and do a YUM upgrade and then install MailScanner again. Everything
is up and working, however, now when I attempt to do an upgrade again, using
YUM, it wants to upgrade all those packages, which of course it fails to do
and is going to wreak havoc every time I attempt to do an upgrade of the
server. So now what do I do?

probably missed the details of what Jules provided on how / when to yum
upgrade so his perl modules are out of the way. Re-read the link I
provided.
