user spam score

Hello, I have another problem about user scores spam: I've created some
users (without mailwatch but directly with queries into MySQL) and I want to
setup spam level for each user.
 
MailScanner always take default value in mailscanner.conf and not "personal"
value sotred in DB.
 
I've googled for this problem and seems that other few people had this
problem but I haven't found the solution.
 
Have you got ideas?
