Per domain

Read up about rulesets. You can have just about every setting different 
for different domains, users, groups of users, whatever. They are 
usually put in /etc/MailScanner/rules and then referred to in the 
MailScanner.conf file. Check out the files in that directory, they will 
give you some pointers and examples to get started.
