First, this has nothing to do with MailScanner.

Second, I can't at all see that exim doesn't try to resend the mail. publishes 3 MX records


exim tried the highest priority MX and
got the 450 (greylisting) reply. It then tried the second priority MX which accepted the mail.

The problem, if any is in the mail configuration for the
domain which publishes 3 MX records and only applies greylisting on
one of the MXs, and possibly doesn't properly deliver mail sent to the
backup MXs.
