Query before upgrade

Hi all,

I am about to upgrade my MailScanner and I was wondering if someone 
could clarify for me what it means by
"manage the .rmpnew files" - exactly what do I do here? (apologies I am 
still fairly new/inexperienced with linux)

Also on the official download page for the RedHat, CentOS version the 
PGP signature download link goes to Not Found - is this a problem?
