Fair enough, I hadn't seen that.

I was simply going from my understanding of HTML, such as:

http://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_img_src.asp
http://www.htmlcodetutorial.com/images/_IMG_SRC.html
http://htmlhelp.com/reference/html40/special/img.html

These all state that src is required for img.
