Remove Duplicate Signatures Not Working?

Any idea why my html signatures give an "Error! Filename not specified."
when using the signature block below?

The "<img alt="MailScanner Signature MIRA" height=0 width=0>" line is
what I've been given by our html chap as the bit to remove duplicate
sigs.
