Mailscaaner not delivering mails just queuing them

Hi,

I'm a new mailscanner user, I've installed mailscanner-4.76.25-1 on CentOS
5.2 with sendmail. I was trying to install a AntiSpam Gateway. Installation
didn't gave any errors & i'm using default configuration but mailscanner is
not delivering any mails its just queue every mail.
This is maillog for a mail

user at yahoo.com>, size=1095, class=0, nrcpts=1,

user at mydomainname.com>, delay=00:00:00, mailer=esmtp, pri=31095, stat=queued

user exists on the local server but still its queuing the mails i don't
understand why?????
