Now I don't understand at all. Your business is a hosting service? Providing ip addresses to subscribers? Is your secondary mailserver acquiring its ip from an internal dhcp server. If so can you not make a reservation? If your dynamic ip internet connection is aquired from an external source, does that account not have it own mail box (pop / imap) which a client can access with authentication?

What I need is a way to not scan e-mail when it comes from a trusted source. Do you know how I can do this?

There are other people that I need to have admin access to mailwatch & mailscanner giving them the ability to add users, change configuration, read & release messages, etc. I do not want others to be able to read my other business & personal e-mails, etc. So you see that is why I don't want all mail scanned.
