Cached Timeout MailScanner

Hi All,


I am using MailScanner with postfix+clamav and scanning is happening
properly, now a days i am seeing some time spam mails gets through and if i
see the log or mailwatch it says *"cached timeout".

*what could be the reason or is there any configuration tuning needs to be
done.

Let me know what are the input required from my end to debug the same.

Mail Scanner Version :4.74.16
postfix :  2.2.11
SpamAssassin version 3.2.5
  running on Perl version 5.8.5
OS : CentOS 4.7
