How are you catching these spam

Silly question but I have them installed and they are updating
frequently. If I run 'clamscan *.png' should it report one of these as
outside of a email message?

Slightly off-topic, but these are being caught with Sanesecurity
signature,
Sanesecurity.Spam.ldb.14 (spam.ldb database)
