Perl after 4.76

This won't directly answer the "working properly" issue, but if you are
relying on an rpm based install using the install.sh script, modules
that don't pass the tests in the rpm won't be installed.

Also, the very beginning of the install.sh script has a list of Perl
modules and versions.
