You do not need to tweak these unless you add a signature or warning or 
remove files. Actually, for removing files you don't need to tweak it 
either, so adding a signature remains as the only cause. Let the user 
choose if they either want an unhampered DKIM or a signature.

MS must not ever change the Message-ID of a message. And I haven't ever 
seen it do this. Julian, if you do this in connection with some config 
setting (watermarking?) this behavior is very wrong.
