The configuration shown it will keep a copy of the spam message in the
quarantine too.
But according to your question... yes, that's everything you need to
do to forward spam messages to certain account.
Don't forget to do the same with "MCP Actions", and "High Scoring MCP
Actions" if you use MCP.
