Earthlink filter?

Hi,

Does someone have rules to stop the nasty earthlink autoresponder messages?

They send you some stupid message that you have to click an URL to allow
a message to pass through to their loosers.

The alternative is to blacklist their whole domain and write off their
users along with their loosers.
