Clamd and deliver disinfected messages

Clam antivirus does not disinfect anything. It also doesn't delete anything.
Since clamav in any incarnation does not disinfect anything there would
never be a disinfected file to deliver. There is no help as it is doing
exactly what it's documentation states... Finds the files and let's you (in
this case MailScanner) handle them.
