any change necessary

Dear All,
I have the following setup workin perfect

Centos OS 5 final
 MailScanner 4.76.25
 Mailwatch 1.0.4
 Clam-0.95.1-SA-3.2.5 jules package

I want to upgrade to centos 5.3 and latest mailscanner n clam+Sa

do i need to make any changes in my mysql and mailwatch setting
