Performance numbers for a DELL R710

So I am getting my hands on this DELL R710 running 2 x Quadcore 2.0 GHz
processors, 4 x 146 GB 15K SAS disks and 24 GB of fully bufferred
RAM..wohoo! Seriously, what are the numbers this box should be able to
deliver with postfix and mailscanner? 40 emails per second is viable? What
neat tricks I can pull off with this much memory? Tips, suggestions,
appreciation welcome! :)
