No programs allowed and the character é at the beginning of a mail

Hello,

I am new to this mailing list, so if the question have been asked send
me to the reference, we have a mailscanner installation that work fine
from one year and half.

We encountred a problem since two week : each time we send a mail with
the message : "équipe .... ", mailscanner answer with :

MailScanner: No programs allowed (msg-9484-14.txt)

After several tests, the problem is caused by the "é" at the very
beginning of the mail.
We don't allow sending programs by mail but we don't want to block these
kind of messages. I have no idea of what to do. How can i proceed, please ?

Mailscanner version : 4.77
