Spamassassion Action rules question

Hi There,

I would like to enable a "auto reply" message to the sender when a certain Spamassassin Rule is hit.

I have looked through the documentation and from what I can see the only option that is close
to this is bounce, but I would need to do it with a particular message (not a bounce message, a custom message)

Please can someone advise if the above is possible?
