bayes_auto_learn_threshold settings?

It needs to score enough in both header and body checks so just
because your example score was somewhat higher than the threshold
doesn't necessarily mean it will be used since it was probably weak
scoring in some aspect. Quite common when the score is slightly above
the threshold.
